They cancel our booking without any giving reason. Very bad. Not good experience with thus hotel

The price of the room is too high as per the condition of the room. The lock of the room was not working properly. The food was good but one of their **** staff was talking very arrogantly on the phone. For which i have to leave the room one day before. I was booked for 2days but stayed only one day

Starting with basic amenities, the taps were not working so no water. Only one tap was working. Multiple places in the room were had water leaking marks. Adding on to this, the receptionist was pretty hostile to the point of making us unsafe. The receptionist’s name was z afar whom i would like to specifically call out.
